what makes us different from other billing companies?

We pride ourselves on doing it right the first time. All of the submissions we do are reviewed for compliance and coding accuracy before submitting.

We provide you with reports each month covering multiple aspects of your billing and can include custom reporting upon request.

Do you outsource Your Employees?

No.

​

All of our employees are US based.

​

We will never outsource the work that you've hired us to do to anyone that is not a direct employee of Apex Rehab Billing.

do you offer verification of eligibility or authorizations?

Currently we do not offer verification of eligibility or authorization management.

 

However we offer front desk training to teach your staff these tasks and will monitor the accuracy.

what billing software do you use?

We specialize in WebPT & Therabill.

 

We accept practices with other software on a case-by-case basis

What is the smallest practice size that you’ll accept?

Our clients come in all shapes and sizes.

 

Small practices that are actively growing for the future are welcome.

what is your pricing?

Our pricing is based on a percentage of all insurance payments collected.

 

We do not include cash pay visits, products, supplies, or supplements in the final number used to calculate your monthly service fee.
